Change of mind Returns
We do not offer change of mind returns under any circumstances. Please ensure when ordering that you are ordering the correct product to suit your requirements.
Faulty Product Returns
Faulty products are able to be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Wholesale customers can return a product for an account credit or a replacement product if the product is returned and the fault is confirmed.
*Faulty products include manufacturer faults only and we will not accept returns on damaged or mistreated products.
Warranty Returns
All Remote King products are covered by our 12 month warranty. The 12 month term begins from the purchase date from us, and covers faulty products only.
Special Order Item Returns
For special order items we are unable to accept change of mind or incorrectly ordered returns, and can only accept returns where items are faulty. Please note faulty item claims will be assessed upon return, and if fault cannot be verified we will provide the option to return the product to you, or accept your return with a re-stocking fee of 30% plus freight costs to be charged.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging in original condition.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned items must not be damaged
Submit a return
MANUAL PROCESS
To initiate a return of items purchased via phone/email order, please complete the following steps:
- Complete a Remote King returns form. **
- Arrange return of the item/s to Remote King at 23 Carl Court, Hallam VIC 3803.
- If a replacement product is required this will be sent out at full cost.
- Send all items back to us along with a fully completed Returns Form.
- After the product is returned, you will receive a refund or credit as per our refund and returns policy (providing fault is found).
**Please ensure that this form is fully completed, any returns received without a completed returns form will not be processed and may be returned to you.
WE ARE TRIALING A NEW ONLINE RETURNS SYSTEM THAT WILL ALLOW YOUR RETURNS TO BE PROCESSED IN A MORE TIMELY MANNER. PLEASE BE PATIENT WHILE WE PHASE IN THIS NEW SYSTEM.
AUTOMATIC WEB PROCESS
To initiate a return of items purchased via our website, please complete the following steps:
- Go to the Remote King Returns Portal.
- Enter your order Number and login email to find your eligible products for return.
- Select the products that you would like to return, answer all required questions and supporting documents**.
- We will assess and either approve or reject your Return Request, you will be advised of the outcome via email.
- If a replacement product is required this will be sent out at full cost.
- Arrange return of the item to Remote King at 23 Carl Court, Hallam VIC 3803.
- After the product is returned, you will receive a refund or credit as per our refund and returns policy (providing fault is found).
**Please ensure that all questions are answered correctly, and all supporting documents are correctly uploaded, any return requests received without the correct information will be rejected.
Important Information
- Upon return we will assess the condition and/or fault of the item to determine a successful or unsuccessful return and will advise the outcome.

For wholesaler customers, a 30% restocking fee will be charged for items;
- that are claimed faulty but a fault could not be determined by us;
- that were a result of incorrect ordering on the customers behalf
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@remoteking.com.au with your company name, order number and a photo of the box and the inner item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
